Dampness Porridge

Wash and soak the barley with water.

Wash peanuts.
3.
Wash the lotus seeds and soak them in water.
4.
Wash the rice and corn chopped.

After all the ingredients are washed, put them into the pot together, and add an appropriate amount of water. If it is thinner, add a little more water. If it is thick, it means less water.
6.
Put it in an electric pressure cooker, cover and adjust to porridge.
7.
When the time is up, put it in a bowl and you are ready to eat.
