Dan Dan Noodles

Ginger, green onion, garlic, minced and set aside

Diced dried fragrant, minced meat, set aside, stir-fry the minced ginger in hot oil twice

Add chopped green onions

Stir fry with minced meat over high heat

Stir-fry the minced meat until the oil comes out, add some light soy sauce, and continue to stir-fry

Add the steamed fish soy sauce and continue to fry until the color is uniform, add the dried diced and continue to fry

Then add the dark soy sauce and stir-fry until the color is even

Boil water ➕ salt, start rolling the noodles, cook and remove

The fried minced meat is buckled on top of the hand-rolled noodles and sprinkled with minced garlic

Add oily spiced pepper to taste and mix,
