Dandelion Dip

Pick and wash wild dandelions

Pick and wash lettuce
3.
Pick and wash coriander, bitter chrysanthemum, and scallions

Beat the eggs, take 1 tablespoon of homemade miso

Tips:
1. Lamb scallions are green onions planted in the previous year. The new sprouts from the spring of the next year have a special green onion flavor and are more spicy than green onions.
2. The choice of dipping sauce is up to your liking. Anything that can be eaten raw can be eaten with dipping sauce.
