Dandelion Salad

Fresh dandelion picked and washed

Quickly blanch it with boiling water
3.
Mash the green garlic with salt, add vinegar and chili oil
4.
Add a little sesame oil to make a juice
5.
Remove the blanched dandelion and drain the water, pour the sauce and mix evenly
6.
Decorate with carrots when serving
Tips:
After blanching the dandelion, it is best to let it cool naturally. If you want to pass the water, try not to use tap water. At least it should be cool and white.
