Dandelion Wowotou

When dandelions are picked, old leaves and bad leaves are first picked, and then cleaned.

Add all-purpose flour to cornmeal, then add baking powder, add some warm water to form a dough, pay attention to make it a little harder at this time.

Add water to the pot, warm the pot under warm water, put the Wowotou in to steam,

It can be out of the pot 10 minutes after boiling.
Tips:
When you first mix the noodles, you need to make it a little harder, so that after adding wild vegetables, the dough will be soft and firm.
The steaming time should be decided according to the size of Wowotou.
