Daughter's Breakfast-homemade Fire Burger
1.
Mix the yeast with 30 degrees warm water, add flour, and knead it into a smooth dough, three times the size of the proofing paper. (The flour was sent last night, it's just right to use in the morning)
2.
Prepare meat, lettuce, and eggs.
3.
Cut the meat 2 to 3 mm thick, beat the eggs and wash the lettuce in a bowl.
4.
Put the meat in a bowl, add light soy sauce and marinate for about ten minutes.
5.
Rub the dough into long strips.
6.
Cut into small doses.
7.
Knead the small agent into a circle, press it into a fire shape, and put it in the pot.
8.
Place the fired slab in a hot pot and bake it until it turns yellow.
9.
Put the marinated meat in the pan and fry it.
10.
Fry until cooked, put in a bowl and set aside. (No need to put oil when frying meat)
11.
Fry the eggs again.
12.
Finally, add the fried meat and fried eggs, together with the lettuce, to the fire. Remember to put your favorite sauce on the eggs. (Sweet noodle sauce is delicious with fuel consumption. I use fuel consumption.)
Tips:
1: Normally, you can send the noodles when you have time, and put the noodles in the refrigerator compartment of the refrigerator, which is very convenient.
2: When broiling the fire, remember to use a fork on the fire a few times, so that the fire will cook quickly.
