Daylily Mustard Vermicelli

Wash day lily with water.

Blanch the day lily in a pot of boiling water.
3.
The fine vermicelli is blanched in boiling water.
4.
If the cold water is too cold, set aside.
5.
Cut green peppers into thin strips.

Put the blanched day lily, vermicelli, and green pepper into a large bowl, add salt, monosodium glutamate, vinegar, and finally add mustard oil and mix well.
