Deep-fried Beef with Fritters

The vegetables are cut as shown in the picture.

Cut a fried dough stick into small sections.

Cut beef into thick slices, add salt, sugar, minced black pepper, soy sauce, starch, and ginger slices and marinate for 10 minutes.

Do not put oil in the pot, heat the fried dough sticks on low heat until they are burnt and crispy.

Pour more oil in a separate pot. When the oil is warm, add the beef and stir-fry it immediately.

Then put the lentils and carrots in the pan, fry them thoroughly, then stir-fry the mushrooms in the pan until they are broken.

Finally, return the beef to the pan, stir-fry evenly, and sprinkle the chopped green onion to start the pan.
Tips:
Cut the beef into thick slices, and stir-fry the beef nowadays when the oil is warm. The surface will be served as soon as it changes color.
