Deep Fried Pork
1.
Wash the lean meat and cut into wide strips. Add appropriate amount of ground ginger, salt, chicken essence, pepper powder, light soy sauce, mix well, and marinate for ten minutes.
2.
Make the batter: flour and sweet potato starch 2:1, add a few eggs (a little more eggs are fried and the skin will be crispier), add an appropriate amount of salt, pepper powder, and water to make a thick batter.
3.
Stir for a while to make the batter.
4.
Fried crispy pork walks: Add a lot of vegetable oil to the wok, and the meat slices are wrapped in batter at 50% oil temperature and fried in the pan.
5.
Fry it to golden brown to control the oil and remove it. Looks pretty good.
6.
Cook a crispy broth. Put the water in the pot, boil, add the tomato cubes and baby cabbage, and the pot will boil again to add the diced crispy pork. After the baby cabbage is cut off, add appropriate amount of salt.
7.
The light soup walked up. You can also add the daylily ham to produce baby cabbage to make soup, which is equally delicious.
