Delicious and Refreshing---bangbang Chicken Shreds
1.
Put chicken breasts, ginger slices, and Chinese pepper in a pot of cold water, simmer for 10 minutes.
2.
The chicken is cooked until cooked, soak it in ice water for a while, take it out and wipe dry; wash the scallion white, and cut into thick shreds similar to chicken shreds.
3.
Use a small wooden stick to loosen the meat (or beat it loose with the back of a knife), and tear it into thick threads by hand.
4.
Mix white sugar, soy sauce spoon, pepper noodles, sesame oil, spicy oil, sesame paste, and balsamic vinegar to make a sauce.
5.
Take a bowl, add chicken, green onion, pour the sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and it's ready.
Tips:
The water temperature for boiled chicken should not be boiled. The main reason is to use the heat of water to soak it so that the cooked chicken is tender.
