Delicious and Tasty Tea Eggs

Prepare the ingredients, wash the eggs and set aside! I cook it in a rice cooker!

Put the cleaned eggs in a small non-stick pan, pour in water to cover the eggs, boil on medium heat until boiling, and boil the inside of the eggs to solidify. After the water is boiled, cook for 1-2 minutes. Turn off the heat and transfer the eggs into cold water. Cool down.

During the egg cooking, prepare to the inner pot of the rice cooker. Pour all the ingredients except pure water into the rice cooker.

Then use a small spoon to break the shell of the egg, and the whole egg should be beaten, so that it will cook deliciously. Then put the eggs in the pot, pour in pure water, and cover the eggs.

Put it in the rice cooker, turn on the soup function of the electric cooker, and cook for 2 hours! Look, the steaming tea eggs are ready!
Tips:
Note: 1. Boil the egg until it is solidified before breaking the egg shell. It must be vigorously, so that it will be more delicious when it is cooked.
2. Don't wrap tea and other materials with gauze, put it in directly to make it more delicious.
3. If you don't finish eating so quickly, you can scoop more soup and let the boiled tea eggs soak in, which will add more flavor, although it is already very tasty when it comes out of the pot!
4. Cook for 2 hours!
