Delicious Braised Tofu

Cut south tofu into small cubes (any size)

Wash the shallots and cut into sections

Boil a small pot of water, put in the sliced tofu cubes, blanch for about one minute, and remove the water on the surface to drain

Heat the pot, add oil, cook until 7 minutes cooked, add tofu (slowly pour from the side of the pot), add salt, and add June braised soy sauce

Without turning it with a spatula, just shake it gently, add half the water to the tofu, cover the pot, and simmer for about 3~5 minutes

Add the shallots before the pan, shake the pan lightly, it's out of the pan~~
Tips:
When blanching the water, add one or two grams of salt, the tofu is not easy to crush during the cooking process. The amount of oil is a bit more than usual when cooking. Scallions can also be replaced with shiitake mushrooms, as you like.
