Delicious Cold Noodles

The noodles are boiled in water (don't boil them badly).

After the noodles are broken, remove and drain the water to cool the boiled water, then immediately add sesame oil and mix well to prevent the noodles from sticking.

Shred carrots and blanch them with hot water, cut parsley into small sections, and crush garlic into dice.

Spread the minced garlic, green onion, and chili powder on the noodles and sprinkle hot oil. Stir in shredded carrots, peanuts, salt, sugar, light soy sauce and mix well.
Tips:
Mix the noodles immediately after they are drained. Anti-sticking is very important!
Don’t worry about not having enough juice. Add enough salty soy sauce. There must be no excess soup in the final mixed noodles, and all the juice will be evenly wrapped on each noodle.
