Delicious Crispy Tofu

Control the moisture content of the tofu and cut into slices with a thickness of about 1 cm, and cut them to the same size as possible.

Beat the eggs in a bowl, soak the tofu in the egg mixture

Put a little oil in a pan, put the tofu dipped in egg mixture, and fry on medium-low heat until golden on both sides

Dice the chili, green red pepper, and mustard tuber for later use.

Mix the vinegar and light soy sauce into juice at a ratio of 1:2, and add a little sesame oil.

Pour all the prepared diced vegetables into the prepared sauce, and eat the fried crispy tofu with the sauce
Tips:
1. The focus of this dish is the diced mustard, and ordinary diced pickles are also okay.
2. It is best to put peppers. I also tried not to put the chili peppers but only diced green peppers, but the taste was much worse.
