Delicious Fruit Jelly

Prepare fruit powder and jelly powder. I bought the jelly powder online.

Weigh 8g jelly powder and put it in a small dry bowl (it must be dry).

Cut the prepared fruits into small pieces and place them in the prepared molds.

Take 800ml of water, put it in a pot, and heat it up. Dissolve the fruit powder in it (the purpose of heating is to dissolve all the sugar in the fruit powder, and put sugar behind the side). If it is not sweet enough, you can add more sugar.

Put the fruit drink with the right sweetness on the fire. Dissolve the jelly powder with a small amount of water, add it to the pot, and bring to a boil.

Pour the burned jelly solution into the prepared mold. Keep in a cool place. Move it into the refrigerator after 10 minutes.
Tips:
1. Mould: Some people gave me some jelly powder when I bought it online. Later I found out that it was enough to use the small wine glasses at home.
2. The ratio of jelly powder: 1 to 100 to 300 is all right. The higher the concentration, the more Q the jelly.
