Delicious Grilled Fish

Prepare ingredients, slice tomatoes, cut onions and green peppers into diamond-shaped pieces, cut green onions into sections, and shred ginger

Adjust a bowl of grilled sauce, mix 2 spoons of cooking oil + 2 spoons of light soy sauce + appropriate amount of salt + 1 spoon of barbecue material (for children who eat spicy children's shoes, please add spicy)

Cut the fish in half, cut a few knives on the back, massage with salt, pepper and cooking wine for a few minutes inside and out

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, add onions and green peppers and sauté on medium heat for 2 minutes until soft, add an appropriate amount of salt to taste, and turn off the heat.

Put it in the preheated oven, 220 degrees, upper and lower fire, middle layer, hot air, 20 minutes (temperature time for reference!), grill the fish and start eating

Tips:
Grilled fish must be fresh to be delicious. Frozen fish will taste a lot worse when grilled.
