Delicious Instant Noodle Omelette
1.
The first step is to beat three eggs, and then add salt and dried shrimp (the dried shrimp depends on personal taste, don't put chicken essence, chicken essence will make the eggs not delicious)
2.
After the water is boiled, put the instant noodles into the noodle cubes. If you don't mind eating the dried vegetables inside, you can put them in and cook them together. Then, after cooking, remove the cold water to wash off the preservatives and the like.
3.
Stir the instant noodles with eggs. If you like coriander, add coriander, pour in a little cold boiled water, and the eggs will be tender when fried.
4.
Put a little oil on the bottom of the pan, then pour it in as much as possible to make it flat and fry slowly.
5.
Fry one side and turn it over and fry the other side.
6.
After frying, sprinkle a little black pepper on it, and you can eat it. You can see, this egg cake is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
7.
I started eating as soon as I got out of the pot, I forgot to put the plate, and finally remembered it when I was almost done, but luckily there was the last piece left.
Tips:
1. Put a little water in the egg before frying to make the egg tender.
2. Personally, I didn't put too much seasoning on the mole. If you don't mind, you can put some instant noodles. Or put other seasonings.
3. Remember to fry on a small fire, it will be easy to paste on high fire.
4. Remember to rinse the instant noodles after they are cooked, so that the preservatives on it can be washed off. It's safer to eat.
