Delicious Jelly

When preparing the seasoning, boil water at a ratio six times that of pea flour. For example, one bowl of pea flour requires six bowls of water.

Add pea flour to a moderate amount of cold water and mix thoroughly to avoid gnocchi

Pour the adjusted pea flour into the pot and stir well with a spatula while stirring. This step only takes about 2 minutes.

Pour the cooked viscous jelly paste into a container, I use a stainless steel soup bowl

After serving, you can put the bowl in a basin with cold water to speed up cooling, and the jelly will be formed after cooling.

Take out the cut strips, drizzle the adjusted sauce and enjoy.
Tips:
The bowl for the jelly must be smooth and without grooves, so as not to break the shape
