Delicious Korean Bibimbap

Wash all the vegetables, shred carrots, cucumbers, shredded mushrooms, and blanch all vegetables except cucumbers.

The rice needs to be braised in advance, and the beef is soaked in dark soy sauce! Use oil for shiitake mushrooms, use oil, stir fry well with salt, stir fry minced beef well, use oil for Korean chili sauce, onion water, a little sugar and salt to adjust the flavor and set aside!

Put the rice in a non-stick pan and place the ingredients! Pour the fried chili sauce in the middle! The most important one!
