If you have a bowl of leftover rice, don't just cook egg fried rice. There is a more mellow way to make delicious omelet rice with unique flavor and delicious taste.

Delicious Omelet Rice

1. Pour leftover rice into a bowl and loosen it with a rice spoon.

2. Thaw green prawns (you can put them in clean water) and vegetable pellets.

3. Put 3 eggs in a bowl, you can add a spoonful of whipped cream or milk, the taste of this kind of eggs is more mellow, don't put them if you don't have them.

4. Sit in a hot oil pan, add appropriate amount of cooking oil, sauté the garlic, then add the green prawns, and fry until the color changes.

5. Then add onion segments and vegetable diced, stir fry quickly, add a little salt.

6. Add the prepared leftover rice and stir-fry evenly. If you want a good taste here, just use 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce + appropriate amount of sugar + water to make tomato juice and add it to the fried rice.

7. The fried rice is served, and the omelette is fried in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan.

8. Put the cooking oil in the pan after heating up, then reduce the heat to low. Beat the eggs and pour them into the pan, evenly covering the bottom of the pan. It must be low heat, not as easy as the egg crust.

9. After the egg liquid has solidified a little, pour the fried rice on the egg skin, only on one side, and leave some surplus on the edge.

10. At this time, turn off the heat, use the preheating of the pan, the egg skin will be fully cooked, wrap the other side of the egg skin on the fried rice, and pour the tomato sauce on it.
