My baby likes to eat preserved egg porridge, but I can’t eat more preserved eggs. I only make it for him occasionally, and I don’t put too many preserved eggs. The chicken feathers grown by me are mature these days, so let’s make some preserved egg porridge for my son.

Delicious Preserved Egg Porridge

1. Wash the chicken

2. Wash the rice. Put an appropriate amount of water to boil.

3. Wash the corn kernels, dice the ham sausage, and cut the preserved egg into small pieces.

4. After boiling, continue to boil for 5 minutes, add corn kernels, preserved eggs, and ham sausage and cook until the rice blooms, then add the chicken hair, salt, cooking wine, chicken essence, and sesame oil to a boil.

5. The cooked porridge is sticky.

6. Finished product

Tips:

Rice needs to be boiled to be thick and fragrant You can add some shredded pork.
