Delicious Preserved Egg Tofu

Prepare a piece of internal fat tofu, two preserved eggs, shallots, ginger and garlic, and a bag of preserved egg companion.

Cut the inner fat tofu into small pieces and rinse with cold water to make the tofu more tender and smooth!

Cut the preserved egg into small pieces

Cut garlic and ginger into pieces and add vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce and a little salt to make a juice!

Add shallots

Pour the seasoning juice into the preserved egg tofu.

It's ready to eat, very refreshing and delicious!
Tips:
The internal fat tofu must be rinsed with cold water to make the tofu more tender. The preserved egg mate can be put in at will, not too salty!
