Delicious Radish Sticks

Two white radishes

Cut into sections, then peel off (the peel is thicker when peeling, ready to make a recipe for crispy radish skins)

Then cut into radish strips

Put the radish sticks in a container, then sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt on the radishes and marinate for 20 minutes, then squeeze the water

After squeezing out the water, wash with water twice to remove the salt

Cut some pickled ginger, pickled garlic, pickled green red pepper (the recipe I posted contains the recipe, the name of the dish: Sichuan-style kimchi)

Then put the sliced ginger, garlic and pepper into the radish, add 3 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of white vinegar, and a little salt
