Delicious Reduced Fat Meal: Pan-fried Cumin Tofu
1.
Prepare a piece of tofu and cut into slices like this
2.
Pour cold oil into the hot pan without too much. Turn the pot a little bit, try to make the oil cover the bottom of the pot to avoid sticking
3.
Turn to low heat and add tofu in turn
4.
Turn to medium high heat and fry until golden on both sides
5.
Fry all the tofu and put it in a bowl. My tofu here is fried in two pans.
6.
Turn off the heat, be sure to turn off the heat, and then add the fried tofu. Add to the pot: 1 tablespoon of salt, half a tablespoon of chicken essence (or monosodium glutamate), half a tablespoon of pepper, half a tablespoon of pepper powder, 2 tablespoons of cumin powder, 1 tablespoon of chili powder. After all the spices are put in the pot, turn on a small fire, a low fire, a low fire! Stir fry tofu
7.
Stir fry until the tofu is evenly covered with the seasonings, and it will be out of the pan in about 6 seconds
8.
Take a bite, although there is less salt and less oil, the taste is not bad~
Tips:
1. Be sure to pay attention to the heat when frying tofu, and don't fry it.
2. Students who do not need fat reduction can add oil and seasonings appropriately.
If you don't like spicy food, you can leave out chili powder. If you like spicy food, you can add more chili powder.
3. If you want more fragrant, you can add some chopped green onion, coriander, scallion root... after adding seasonings in step 6.
Anyway, you can adjust it according to your own taste~
