Delicious Sanxian Dumplings

Wash the shiitake mushrooms and cut into the end.

Peel the carrots and chop them into fine ends in the same way.

Mix the minced pork, shiitake mushrooms, and carrots together, add edible oil, salt, soy sauce, oil, sesame oil, and pepper, and mix well.

Add clean water in two batches while stirring.

Stir in one direction until the filling is well blended. (When stirring, the resistance will increase)

Put the filling into the dumpling wrapper, being careful not to put too much, and slowly tighten the mouth to wrap the filling.

Put water in the pot and boil until the dumplings boil. When the dumplings boil again, pour half a bowl of cold water. When the water boils for the third time, the dumplings will be ready to cook.
Tips:
Don't put the filling too full, and the mouth can be soaked in water and then tightened so that it will not crack.
