Delicious Sauce Cake

Slowly pour hot water of about 70 degrees into the flour to neutralize the dough.

Knead it into a softer dough and wrap it in plastic wrap for 30 minutes.

Tips:
I make the sauce in advance, and you can make more of it as a dipping sauce or stir-fry at a time. Make this kind of cake noodles as soft as possible and use hot water of about 70 degrees. The amount can be adjusted according to the water absorption of the flour.
