Delicious Steamed Vegetables for All Ages---fried Frog
1.
Frogs are peeled and gutted, rinsed and cut into pieces for later use.
2.
Put the chopped frog into a bowl, add salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, and chicken powder, mix well and submerge for 20 minutes.
3.
Heat oil in the pot and add the sliced ginger and garlic slices until fragrant. (The cut garlic and ginger forgot to take pictures, huh)
4.
Then add the flooded frog and stir fry until fragrant. (About 2 minutes)
5.
Turn to low heat and pour in steamed rice noodles and sauté until fragrant.
6.
Turn off the heat, sprinkle a little water and stir fry evenly.
7.
Pour the remaining water into the inner surface of the steaming bowl, add water to the pot and bring to a boil, then put in the frog and steam for 20-30 minutes. Turn off the heat and steam for 3 minutes and take it out.
Tips:
1. When frying the rice noodles, just fry them on a small fire. Don't burn them or it will taste bitter.
2. Steamed rice noodles and meat dishes should be sprinkled with appropriate amount of water so that the steamed dishes will not dry, and the rice noodles are also easy to cook.
3. After frying, steaming will make it more fragrant. Don't fry if you are afraid of trouble.
