Delicious Tofu Meatballs

Prepare raw materials.

Crush the tofu and chopped green onion and mix well.

Add two eggs.

Mix well.

Add flour, appropriate amount of water, appropriate amount of salt and five-spice powder, mix well and set aside.

Pour some oil on the surface of the batter. The dough rolls back and forth between two rice scoops into a circle. In this step, you can squeeze it into balls by hand. I used a rice scoop to take pictures.

Add more oil to the pot and squeeze the meatballs into the pot one by one at 60% oil temperature.
8.
Fry it into golden brown and then remove the oil control.
Tips:
Tofu has different water content, so the water consumption needs to be flexible. I use northern tofu.
