Dendrobium Chicken Soup

Cut the chicken well and blanch it with water. If you don't like oil, you can peel it off and pour out the blood.

Wash the dendrobium, red dates, wolfberry and ginger slices and put them into the pressure cooker together with the chicken, and pour 1200 ml of water.

Pressure cooker for 10 minutes is fine, if you use water to stew, it can be simmered for half an hour.
