It has been a special medicine for treating diabetes since ancient times. Clinical studies have shown that Dendrobium officinale can not only enhance insulin activity, but also significantly reduce blood sugar levels and restore blood sugar to normal.
Codonopsis has the effects of nourishing the middle and nourishing qi, invigorating the spleen and lungs. In winter, we often prepare a little soup for use at home. This time, we used Dendrobium and Codonopsis to make a pot of pork rib soup. The warm and nourishing soup is suitable for the whole family.

Dendrobium Codonopsis Ribs Soup

1. Wash and chop the ribs and blanch them in water.

2. The blanched ribs are placed in a casserole boiled in water.

3. Dendrobium and Dangshen are ready to be washed and set aside.

4. Pour Dendrobium and Codonopsis into the casserole.

5. Add the right amount of wolfberry and longan meat.

6. Add appropriate amount of red dates.

7. Cover the casserole and boil on high heat, then change to low heat and cook for more than 1 hour.

8. Turn off the heat and add salt to taste.

Tips:

It takes at least one hour for medicinal soup to taste.
The salt should be put last.
