Dendrobium Trotters
1.
Soak the trotters in cold water in advance to soak some blood
2.
Wash the pig's trotter and cut into a suitable size
3.
Cold water into the pressure cooker
4.
Boil, remove the foam
5.
Put Dendrobium in the cooking machine and break it
6.
Boil the trotters to remove the froth, add cooking wine, rock sugar, red dates, dried lychees, dendrobium, salt, cover the pot and bring to a low heat and continue to simmer for half an hour
Tips:
1. Because Dendrobium has been processed into a maple bucket, it is difficult to boil the active ingredients inside when it is boiled. It can't be soaked in water for one or two hours, so I broke it with a cooking machine;
2. Adding dried lychees can be seasoned, and it is also very tonic. If you don't have dried lychees at home, you can also add some plums to taste.
