Dense and Fragrant --- Rural Small Roast

Wash sweet potatoes, purple sweet potatoes, taro, corn, arugula, and set aside.

Cut pumpkin, purple potato, sweet potato, taro with skin and cut corners, and cut corn into small pieces.

Take a large container, mix the seasonal vegetables, add olive oil and salt, and mix well.

Put the whole grains in the baking pan and cover with tin foil.

Put it into the oven with 200 degrees fire power, middle and upper and lower fire, and bake for 40 minutes.
