Cut eggplant, potatoes, hot peppers, and screw peppers into pieces. Finely chop green onion, garlic, and ginger.

First, put the eggplant into the pan and fry it. At the same time, boil the potatoes half-boiled, and then deep-fry them in the pot. After being fried, put it aside for later use.

Start another pot. Add half of the garlic, ginger, chopped green onion, and dried chili. Then add green peppers and stir-fry them until half-ripe, then add fried potatoes and eggplants. Add one and a half spoonfuls of seasoning sugar, one spoonful of very fresh flavor, and add the other half of the minced ginger and garlic when it is about to be out of the pan.

Put an appropriate amount of sesame seeds out of the pan.
