Ingredients

Diced Chicken in Tomato Sauce

1. Thaw and wash chicken breasts.

2. Dice the chicken and marinate with light soy sauce and starch.

3. Diced cauliflower stalks

4. Soak the peanuts in a low heat, fry them and remove them for later use.

5. Diced chicken is cooked in oil and can be fished out.

6. Tomato paste, light soy sauce, white sugar, soy sauce, and water to make a bowl of juice for later use.

7. Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat.

8. Add a bowl of juice and boil until small bubbles are turned.

9. Add the diced chicken and broccoli stalks, stir fry, and collect the sauce over high heat.

10. Add peanuts, water starch to thicken.

11. Enjoy.
