Diced Eggplant with Garlic

Cut eggplant into pieces, chop green peppers, and mince garlic cloves.

The eggplant is steamed in water, (the steamer is steamed for about 8 minutes).

Put cooking oil in a hot pot and stir fragrant minced garlic.
4.
Add eggplant with steamed ribs and stir-fry well.
5.
Add green peppers and stir-fry with salt.
6.
Soak the pot with a little water, season with light soy sauce, stir and stir well.
7.
Platter.
