Diced Lotus Root

Peel and dice lotus root, and chop green pepper.

Boil the lotus roots in water for 1 minute and remove them for later use.

Heat oil in a wok, add Chinese pepper and dried chili to bake until fragrant.

Add chopped green onion and green chili. Stir-fry until the green pepper changes color.
5.
Add lotus root, light soy sauce, stir fry evenly with salt, pour vinegar along the side of the pot, turn off the heat, add sesame oil and stir evenly out of the pot.
