Diced Lotus Root with Mustard Oil

Peel the lotus root and cut into small pieces, blanch it, let it cool, add salt, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, oyster sauce, sesame oil, mustard oil, sugar, pepper powder, white sesame seeds, and diced pepper.
