Diced Meat with Vegetables

Wash vegetables and meat, peel cucumbers, carrots and potatoes

Cut them all into one cube. Carrots and potatoes are packed together. This should be fried first, and the meat is marinated with salt and light soy sauce in oyster sauce.

Wash the green onion, ginger, and garlic

Pour oil in a hot pan, sauté the ginger and garlic first, add potatoes and carrots and stir fry (you can replace potatoes with shag)

After two or three minutes, add the diced meat and continue to fry, add half a bowl of water, and cover the pot.

About three or four minutes. When there is some water left, you can add cucumber and corn, and continue to fry

Add the green onions in about two minutes, add a little salt and fry until the water is dry, then serve.
