Diced Pork
1.
Half a bowl of peanuts are fried, carrots, cucumbers, and peppers are each diced, and the green onion, ginger, and garlic are minced and prepared.
2.
Add 200 grams of pork diced to cooking wine, seafood soy sauce, and starch. Stir evenly and marinate for 5 minutes.
3.
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, put the marinated diced meat in the pot and stir fry until golden brown.
4.
Stir fry the remaining oil in the fried diced pork with a spoonful of Bixian bean paste and half a spoonful of sweet noodle paste.
5.
Then add scallion, ginger, garlic, a spoonful of seafood soy sauce, and half a spoon of sugar to continue to fry.
6.
Add diced carrot, diced cucumber, and diced pepper, and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
7.
Finally, add the fried diced pork and fried peanuts, stir-fry evenly, and you can get out of the pan.
8.
The salty, slightly spicy, and delicious Diced Pork is ready to start.
Tips:
There is no need to add salt to this dish, because the Pixian bean paste and sweet noodle sauce are already salty, and adding salt will add more salt. I don’t like to put chicken essence and MSG in cooking. If you have a friend who is not used to eating, you can add it by yourself.
