Diced Pork Vermicelli

Prepare the ingredients, soak the fans in cold water for a while

Dice pork belly, diced green onion, ginger, garlic and pepper

Heat the oil in a pan, add the diced pork belly and stir fry; fry until the diced pork is white and the oil is added, onion, ginger, garlic, and diced pepper, stir and stir evenly

Then add the bean paste, continue to stir fry to get the red oil, then add the dark soy sauce and cooking wine, stir and stir evenly

Pour 200ml of water, boil it, and add the soaked vermicelli

Stir constantly with chopsticks to make the vermicelli fully contact with the sauce, add the chopped green onion and coriander after the sauce is almost harvested
Tips:
1. It is best to choose mung bean vermicelli, sweet potato or potato starch is too tough, and it is not easy to disperse when stir-fried;
2. The fans should be soaked in cold water, and the soaking time should not be too long, because it will have to be boiled for a while, the water absorption capacity will decrease if soaking for too long, so the soaking can be taken out if it is soft.
