Dielianhua-pumpkin Flower Roll

Wash the pumpkin, cut into pieces and steam it in a steamer

Peel the cooked pumpkin, add milk, and beat into delicate pumpkin puree

Add the weighed flour to the yeast powder and stir evenly

Slowly pour the pumpkin puree at room temperature into the flour and stir

Mix the flour as shown in the figure

Knead the dough into a smooth dough and leave it to double its size

After the dough is exhausted, cut into pieces, roll out a rectangular dough sheet, and smear sesame oil, salt and thirteen spice powder

Roll into a tube from one end and cut into small pieces

Take two pieces, pull out the part of the open end to make the tentacles of the butterfly, put them together as shown in the picture, and pinch the shape of the butterfly

When cutting both ends, cut more points, cut the ends to form a rose shape naturally

Put it on the oiled steamer, cover the lid and let it stand for 20 minutes, then steam on high heat for 15 minutes

Tips:
I made monochromatic butterflies and flowers. I can also use matcha powder, red yeast rice powder and noodles to make more colors.
If you like sweetness, you can replace the salt and thirteen incense with sugar and vanilla powder.
Don't cut it too thick, thin it to shape it, and it won't deform too much when steamed.
