Different 【leek Pancakes】

Peel the potatoes and mash them with a grinder.

Cut the leek to 3 cm in length, and cut the onion into small strips. Cut carrots into thin slices and then strips. (This kind of radish tastes only when you eat it)

Add eggs, flour, chicken powder and water to the mashed potato and mix well.

Coat a hot pan with sesame oil, pour in the mixture and smooth.

Cover the pot and fry slowly over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes. The surface will be golden brown.

Turn it over and fry for 3 or 4 minutes without covering the pan to make the crust crispy.

Cut into pieces and serve on a plate. You can eat it with sauce according to your personal preference.
