Dingsheng Cake

Ingredients: 100 grams of rice flour, 50 grams of glutinous rice flour, 50 grams of white sugar, 2 teaspoons of sweet-scented osmanthus, 40 grams of red bean paste, 45 grams of water

Pour the powder and sugar into a large bowl, mix well,

Add sugar osmanthus,

Pour water,

Stir until there is no moisture,

Grab and shake with your hands to form a coarse powder.

Fill the silicone mold to half full and dig a small hole.

Put in the right amount of red bean paste,

Then fill the mold and scrape the surface (not compacted).

Put it in a pot of boiling water and steam for 15 minutes on high heat.

Cook thoroughly and out of the pot.

Tips:
Try to rub the damp rice noodles, and the taste will be better.
When installing the mold, just fill it lightly, without compaction, so as not to affect the taste.
The amount of sugar can be increased or decreased according to your taste.
