Dip Shredded Radish

Wash a white radish, peel off the thin layer, and slice it.

Shred again, not too thin.

Put the shredded radish into a large bowl, sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt and sugar, mix well, and pickle for 1 to 2 hours.

After pickling, the shredded radish will give out a lot of water, and the water should be drained. The shredded radish should be slightly dried.

Tips:
