Domango Balls

Weigh 40 grams of glutinous rice flour with a scale. The flour is used to make small balls. If you like to eat small balls, you can make more. This depends on your personal preference.

Take 20 grams of water and pour it into the glutinous rice flour. It is best to add a small amount of water several times when you pour it in. If you think the flour is too dry, you can add some water.

After the dough becomes a dough, take an appropriate amount, knead it into a circle, and freeze it in the refrigerator for 1 hour

Take 30 grams of granulated sugar and 50 g of water, put it in a pot and heat on low heat until the granulated sugar is completely melted. This granulated sugar is to increase the sweetness. The amount of granulated sugar can be increased or decreased appropriately.
