Domango Balls

Prepare all the ingredients.

Cut the mango into the flesh and set aside.

Pour clear water into the pot, add rock sugar, and cook until the rock sugar melts.

After the rock sugar has melted, put in the small balls, cook on medium heat until all the balls are floating, cover the pot and simmer for one minute.
