I’ve heard of it but I’ve never eaten it. I’ve always wanted to give it a try, so I just bought the ingredients myself and tried it again. The result is very satisfied. If there are any deficiencies, you are welcome to give pointers. I hope you can do better next time.

Ingredients

1. Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture. Put the light soy sauce and old soy sauce in a bowl. The pork belly is best to buy the selected meat from the supermarket. The skin is thin, the fat is moderate, the shallots are cleaned and cut in two, the ginger peeled and beaten

2. Boil water and blanch the pork belly
