Dongpo Meat

Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture. Put the light soy sauce and old soy sauce in a bowl. The pork belly is best to buy the selected meat from the supermarket. The skin is thin, the fat is moderate, the shallots are cleaned and cut in two, the ginger peeled and beaten

Boil water and blanch the pork belly

After blanching the pork belly, put it in the boiled brine and cook for 20 minutes.

After the skin and meat are slightly colored, start the pot

Cut the meat into small cubes, as shown in the picture

Heat the pot, add appropriate amount of water, fry the syrup until it is yellow, then add half a bowl of boiling water to boil, pour the light soy sauce and the dark soy sauce and stir to make a juice

Prepare a casserole, use 12 bamboo sticks to spread on the bottom of the pot to form a net-shaped anti-sticking pan, then spread half of the ginger, and then spread the green onion segments, as shown in the figure
