Prepare materials

Wash the pork belly and cook for 5 minutes in a pot of boiling water

Take out the pork belly after flying water and cut into 7 taels of cubes

Take a casserole, spread green onions and ginger on the bottom, arrange the pork belly neatly on top, add rock sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, phoenix balls and fish sauce

I recommend adding some phoenix balls and fish sauce to the stew to remove the fishy meat and enhance the flavor

Bring to a boil, turn the heat to a low heat and simmer for 2 hours, until the meat is crispy, use chopsticks to easily penetrate

Take out the meat, put the meat in a box with the skin side up, place it in a steamer with a lid, and steam for half an hour on high heat to make the meat more crispy

Take out the steamed Dongpo meat and pour the original juice of the boiled meat on it.
