Dongpo Meat

Prepare: Ingredients: 600 grams of pork belly, 300 grams of rice wine, two green onions, a piece of ginger, 30 grams of rock sugar, 30 grams of soy sauce.

Wash the pork belly and scrape the skin a little with a knife. Pour half a pot of cold water, put the meat in it, and bring the water to a boil.

While waiting for the water to boil, wash the ginger and cut it into slices.

After the water is boiled, remove the meat, wash the surface foam with running water, use eyebrow tongs to pluck the pig hair from the meat skin, use kitchen paper to absorb the moisture and cut into an inch and a half (5 cm) square meat Piece.

Take a casserole (grandly invite my lovely "one ear" casserole), and spread ginger slices and green onion knots on the bottom.
