Dongpo Pig Knuckle

Wash the pork knuckles, bring to a boil, add green onions, ginger, and pepper, add the pork knuckles, and cook for 2 hours.

Steam it in a steamer for another hour.

Heat the wok to release the oil, add the steamed broth, add light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and five-spice powder.
